OPEN DOORS WEEKEND

Saturday, November 15 – Sunday, November 16
A weekend of reconnection through yoga, sound, breath, movement, and nature. Throughout the weekend, we open our doors for you to visit, explore, and experience PLEK — its spaces, atmosphere, and community. Come discover where nature, creativity, and wellbeing meet.

Join us at PLEK for two days of workshops, practice, and shared presence. Spaces limited.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 15

9:30 – 17:00 | Hormonal Yoga Discovery Workshop – GPBALANCE

With Fanny Lehideux
A deeply regenerating method supporting balance in the hormonal and nervous systems.
Designed to address stress, fatigue, menstrual cycles, menopause, and life transitions, GPBalance combines postures, breathing, visualization, and meditation in a caring environment.

You may join for the morning, afternoon, or full day.

Morning (9:30–13:00)

With Laurence Gilliot
A sensory immersion in the Sonian Forest to slow down and reconnect with yourself and nature. Laurence guides gentle practices of presence and renewal, drawing from yoga, mindfulness, and forest therapy.

18:00 – 19:30 | Sound Healing Yoga – Familia Armonía

With Margaux Armonía & Ernesto “Matute” López
An immersive workshop blending music, Naad Yoga, sound, voice, rituals, and medicine music.
Release tension and restore balance to your nervous system through vibration and guided presence. Leave your worries at the door and enter a cleansing, heart-centered journey guided by medicine musicand yoga asanas — reconnecting deeply with your own heartbeat.

Heini is a Kundalini and prenatal yoga teacher, doula, and mother of four.
Her sessions weave Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation, dance, mantra chanting, and women’s circles, creating a sacred space to strengthen the body, calm the nervous system, and awaken inner creativity.

11:00 – 13:00 | Breathwork Journey

With Guillem
Be guided by your most vital ally – the breath.
In a ceremonial setting, Guillem leads a connected (circular) breathing journey to renew body and mind. The session includes introduction, demonstration, guided breathing (45–90 min), and closing integration.

Guillem is a breathwork facilitator and ecological guide whose work bridges science, spirituality, and nature. Trained at Schumacher College, he supports transformative, nature-based experiences.

For this Sunday flow, expect a fluid and energizing yoga practice to gently move the body and reconnect with your natural vitality. Come just as you are.

Poukie teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Embodied Flow Yoga, integrating her background in Shiatsu and body-based therapies.
